Purchase Terms

Products on request

Products available in the shop are handled on request. After purchase, CAMHED will confirm availability and the estimated delivery or pickup timeframe.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Payment is made through Stripe, a secure external payment processing platform.

Pickup and delivery

During checkout you can choose between club pickup or home delivery within Spain.

Indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability or order volume.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags.

Returns

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in original condition and with all tags.

To request an exchange or return, write to camhedrac@gmail.com with your name, purchase email and purchased product.

Return costs

Except in cases of order error, defective product or an issue attributable to CAMHED, return costs are borne by the buyer.

Custom products

Custom, made-to-measure or specifically modified products cannot be returned unless defective or sent in error.
